Ken brings nearly 30 years of experience to the table, having worked both inside top advertising agencies and leading in-house creative teams within large corporations. This dual perspective gives him a unique ability to understand marketing challenges from both the agency and client side.

He began his career as a graphic designer, crafting campaigns for national retail brands like Saks Fifth Avenue and Victoria’s Secret. Over time, his role evolved from hands-on creative to leading full-scale, integrated campaigns—spanning broadcast, digital, radio, and print—for brands including Barbasol, White Castle, SafeAuto, KEMBA Financial, National Church Residences, the U.S. Coast Guard, JobsOhio, M/I Homes, The Ohio State University Medical Center, and Toyota.

Under Ken’s leadership, his teams have earned numerous industry accolades, including Addy Awards, PRSA Awards, Communicator Awards, Hermes Creative Awards, Viddy Awards, and National Telly Awards.

Necia began her career as an intervention specialist in the Worthington School District, where she dedicated years to supporting students with diverse learning needs and working closely with families and educators. After stepping away from education to focus on raising a family, her path took an unexpected turn—into the world of creative production and project management with Ken Waldron Productions.

The skills she mastered in the classroom—organization, communication, problem-solving, and managing multiple moving parts—translated seamlessly into managing creative campaigns. Since making the leap, Necia has played a key role in content development and project coordination for both local and national brands, including KEMBA Financial, John Glenn International Airport, Hot Chicken Takeover, the U.S. Coast Guard, Green Planet 21, National Church Residences, JobsOhio, and Toyota.
